1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are usually processed on the same day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

2.1 Standard Delivery

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, etc.): 3-5 business days.

  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days.

2.2 Express Delivery (Premium Option)

  • Available in select cities with delivery within 1-2 business days.

  • Additional charges apply for express shipping.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Flat rate of PKR 250 per order.

  • Express Delivery: Charges vary based on location and weight.

  • Free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order through our courier partners' websites.

  • If you do not receive a tracking update, please contact our support team at shoebeatofficial@gmail.com.


5. Delivery Partners

We collaborate with reliable logistics partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P, and Pakistan Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.


6. Delivery Delays & Issues

  • While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact our support team for assistance.

  • If the delivery address is incorrect, please notify us immediately to avoid failed deliveries.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will make two attempts to deliver your package.

  • If the delivery fails, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery charges may apply.

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below PKR 10,000.

  • For orders exceeding PKR 10,000, advance payment may be required.

  • Customers must pay the exact amount upon receiving the parcel.


9. International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping services are not available at this time.


10. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate and provide a resolution.

  • If you receive a damaged item, report it within 24 hours with pictures for a replacement or refund.

  • Shoebeat is not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


11. Change of Address Requests

  • If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible.
